What is AWood®
Using our innovative PNFC technology & process we are able to compound multi plastics and natural fibers (like wood & paper) and turn them into a new form of composite material, AWood® PE/ PP Alloy. This AWood® PE/ PP Alloy can be used in finished industrial, gardening, outdoors & construction products or consumer merchandises. Because of this unique technique we have the ability to recycle low-value mixed waste that are normally sent to landfills.
Goals of AWood® Project
AWood® composite materials (PE/ PP Alloy) can be used in a wide range of industries to manufacture a large variety of products and applications for industrial, commercial and consumer markets. In the AWood® Project (AWP), we are dedicated to helping Enterprises and Recyclers to achieve their goals:
a) Zero Waste: we believe everything is built to be something, and everything can be recycled / reused in some way. We help enterprises and recyclers recycle their low-value industrial waste that they send to landfills.
b) Closed Loop: we take their industrial waste, process it with our unique PNFC production line, turn it into finished products or applications (like pallets, cores, pipes, boards, etc) and supply these products back to the enterprise of origin or other companies for their daily operations. From there we create a Closed Loop, from product to waste, and then back to product.
